The Community Concert Series @ BUMC
The Youngstown area is home to many talented and passionate musicians. The Community Concert Series @ BUMC, which was directed by former BUMC Organist Sean Baran, promoted and celebrated the cultural heritage of Youngstown by featuring area artists in performance each fall and spring. Running on $0 of the church budget, the Community Concert series has proven itself to be a staple in BUMC’s community outreach by raising, on average, $1,500 a year to benefit local organizations since 2018.
