Rev.

Jerry Krueger

Rev. Jerry Krueger, the pastor of Boardman UMC, is a Texas native who received a BA in Political Science/Social Science and History from Southwestern University, a United Methodist affiliated university located in Georgetown, Texas. Rev. Krueger is the father of three adult sons, two of whom live in Texas with their families, and a son who lives in Denver, CO with his family.

After graduating from Methodist Theological School in Ohio with a Master of Divinity degree, Rev. Krueger returned to Texas where he was an Ordained Elder in Full Connection in the Northwest Texas Annual Conference and served churches in Ackerly, Midland, Albany/Moran, and Lubbock Texas. Rev. Krueger and his wife, the Rev. Susan Brown, were later appointed to churches in Ohio where they returned. Pastor Jerry’s wife, Rev. Susan Brown, passed away in 2020.

Rev. Krueger believes that the Church should model Christ, and we as Christ’s followers should live out and practice loving God and neighbor daily. Rev. Krueger is passionate about preaching, teaching, Bible Study, animals and sharing the Good News of Christ to those he meets.
